Livery and Facilities
Attention to detail is high on the list at Brook Farm with top class care provided in modern facilities which include: stabling for 12 horses, full size all weather arena, lunge arena, safe secure grazing and miles of superb hacking, all of which is under the watchful eye of Juliet Penwarden a BHS Stable Manager and Accredited Coach.
At Brook Farm you will find all the facilities that you would expect to see on a larger yard yet with the individual and personal touch that you get from a smaller yard.
- Stabling for 12 horses in large airy stables all with rubber matting and comfy beds
- Full size all weather arena
- Additional lunging arena
- Safe and secure fields with good grazing and post and rail fencing
- Solarium and hot horse shower
- Secure, alarmed tack room with tea and coffee making facilities
- 24 hour supervision with people living on site
- Miles of superb hacking on farm tracks, bridleways and quiet country lanes
- Experienced, qualified and caring team giving a very friendly and supportive service to both horse and owner
- On-site trainer for lessons and training or just a bit of friendly advice or reassurance!

We occasionally have spaces for full, schooling or competing liveries alongside our own competition horses and youngstock, with packages tailor made to suit individual needs. Call or email for details.
